For this blog assignment, Prof. Mangini asked us to write down three good things about our day, each day for one week. This exercise was very enjoyable to me because it really makes you think about your day and the positivity of your life. During this assignment, our class was asked to read these texts, What is Positive Psychology & Why Is it Important? (Positive Psychology Program), Greater Good in Action: Science-Based Practices for a Meaningful Life (UC Berkeley's Project Home Page), and Three Good Things (Greater Good in Action) these readings were very helpful because they explain what positive psychology is very well.
